Based on "new research" and "fresh data", Dartmouth College has joined the schools who have decided to require SAT or ACT scores to be submitted for freshman applicants. They join MIT, Georgetown, and a handful of other top colleges that are not fully test-optional.
Look for other schools to follow suit, or at least encourage students to submit scores.
